McCoy's 5A

Product Overview:

McCoy's 5A Medium (Modified) was originally based on basal medium (Eagle) but with the addition of an amino acid and vitamin mixture from Medium 199. This media has been employed to support the growth of primary cultures derived from adrenal glands, bone marrow (normal), gingiva, lung, mouse kidney, skin, spleen and other tissues. It is a general purpose medium for primary and established cell lines.
